After ordering Satay Prawns and Curry Beef we were served some green tea by our lovely waitress who was very patient with me as I photographed her skilfull pouring of the tea . I really loved the teapot and cups set. Each cup had its own lid to help infuse the tea. She was so graceful that I couldn't help but ask if I could take her photo. I wasn't very impressed with the depth of field so I edited this in Photoshop and created a duplicate layer and added a guassian blur and then erased the areas in the foreground so that those areas stood out from the background. I think it gives it a 3D effect. I also reduced the severity of the red and orange colours so that it is more muted and natural.
